Do I need to verify my email?
Yes — after Step 1 we send a 6-digit code to your email. Enter it on the next screen to activate your account.
What ID do I need for a booking?
A valid government or company ID (JPG, PNG, or PDF, up to 5MB). You'll upload it once, during profile completion, and it's required before your first booking.
How much do I pay to confirm a room?
A 50% downpayment via GCash confirms your reservation. The remaining balance is settled at check-in.
Can I cancel my booking?
Bookings are non-refundable, and cancellations close to arrival are flagged as high-risk. Full details are in our Policies .
Can I sign up with Google instead?
Yes — use "One-click Google sign-up" above. Your email is auto-verified, so you'll skip straight to completing your profile.
